In order to process your tyre orders to completion we need to share your name and vehicle information with our approved tyre fitting centres. When a fitting partner fits your tyres, you and the fitter will enter into a direct contractual relationship whereby the fitter will become an independent data controller of any personal data you share as a result of that relationship, Autocar Tyres will not be involved in such a relationship.
Autocar tyres do not deliver tyres to your home or any specified address, other than that of the local fitting partner you have selected to compete your order. If we begin to deliver tyres to any other location that has been selected that requires the sharing of your personal information, we will provide your delivery and contact details to our logistics partners.
Autocar Tyres have a number of approved and trusted service partners that undertake work on our behalf, we may share your personal data from time to time with these service providers. All service partners are contractually bound to protect and keep any personal data they received confidential for the period that they require it for and for the use as instructed by Autocar tyres in the normal course of fulfilling your order or customer service requirements
Autocar Tyres have a number of approved technology and IT partners that help keep our website and services secure and up to date across areas such as website development and maintenance, hosting, customer experience and email services. Al technology partners are contractually bound to protect and keep any personal data they have access to confidential for the period that they require it for and for the use as instructed by Autocar tyres
Autocar Tyres have does not take payment for any orders on our website. If in future we believe allowing payment directly through Autocar tyres enhances our customer service, we will select and integrate with the most trusted payment processing providers, ensuring they are fully accredited with the relevant PCI and DSS standards in place at that time.
